For me, among the ways Proof of Life demonstrates itself can lie in both nature and nurture. It's the moments we take to nurture ourselves and acknowledge the love, the I AM that lives within. It's also the moments we take to be at peace with the forces of nature - the ability to feel the breeze, to smell the rain, to hear the ocean, see a rainbow, witness lightning streak across the sky, be in awe of sunrise and sunset. If we allow it, we may find that it is these moments when we feel most alive and it is also these moments that take our breath away. These moments allow us to just BE.
